Stuffed salty dates: recipe from America

Ingredients:

12 fresh dates

Cottage cheese or cream

12 slices of bacon (or turkey bacon)

Toothpicks

Directions:

Make a slit along the dates and remove the pit. Add the cream cheese and wrap with a slice of bacon. To keep the date wrapped, pierce it vertically with a toothpick. Put all the dates on a tray and then in the oven for 15 minutes. Change the side of the dates and bake for another 15 minutes.
